Cookies and advertising
Our site analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, don't use cookies.
We advertise on Google and on Meta's platforms, Facebook and Instagram. To measure those campaigns and to show ads to people who have visited us, we use the Google tag and the Meta Pixel. These aren't essential to the site, so they run only after you agree. If you don't agree, they don't load.
We also use a tracking script from GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) to see which pages and ads our enquiries come from. It follows the same rule: it runs only after you agree. It sends GoHighLevel the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your device type and how long you spend on the site.
Our chat widget and enquiry form are also provided by GoHighLevel. Because they're how you reach us, they load for everyone: the chat on every page and the form on our contact page. The chat stores a chat session identifier in your browser's local storage, and the form remembers any campaign tags from the link you followed for the rest of your browser session. Anything you type into either goes to GoHighLevel.
Once you agree, they send Google and Meta the pages you visit, actions you take such as sending an enquiry, your IP address, browser details, and identifiers stored in cookies or carried by an ad you clicked. Google and Meta may connect this to an account you hold with them, and they use it for their own purposes as independent controllers. Read how in Google's policy and Meta's policy.
| Cookie | Set by | Purpose | Lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Links ad clicks to enquiries | 90 days | |
| _fbp | Meta | Recognises your browser for ad delivery and measurement | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta | Records the Meta ad you clicked to reach us | 90 days |
| lc_session_* | GoHighLevel | Connects the pages you view into one visit | 1 day |
| qi_marketing_consent | Quantum Impact | Remembers your cookie choice. This one is essential. | 6 months |
Google, Meta and GoHighLevel set their names and lifetimes and can change them. You can opt out at any time using the Cookies link at the bottom of the page, by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, or by emailing us. You can also manage ads through My Ad Center and your Meta ad preferences.
